Today has been a whirlwind day. All of us are feeling better, but the yuckies are trying to hang around. Even so, the kids got to school and Mommy got to work successfully (even if we were late).
We got some great news today, my sweet honey got a raise at work. I'm so proud of him. It is such a blessing, and we are so grateful to God. He truly takes care of us.
I wanted to share one of my favorite verses, because it is ringing so true in my heart tonight.
Psalm 103:1-5
Let all that I am praise the Lord, with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. Let all that I am praise the Lord, may I never forget the good things he does for me.
He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases. He redeems me from death and crowns me with love and tender mercies. He fills my life with good things, My youth is renewed like the eagle's!
The kids had I had a relaxing evening, and after I put them to bed I continued on my crochet project.
Did you guess yet? Here's a hint...Amigurumi. (yes it's a real word)
Of course, I did get a guess of a hat...and unfortunately that guess is both correct and incorrect!! I figured out my gauge was wrong, and it was way too big, so I had to start over.
So, it is now going to be a hat for Abby's doll! And I am again starting on the real project...and in a different color too.

Cute:) I like to crochet, although I have a short attention span. I don't think I've ever finished anything! Glad to hear all are feeling better. We'll have to try to get together again, (come on warm weather!). Congrats to Brett on raise!
